No, leave the sorting to us!

Yes, stains are treated upon request with an additional charge per item. Please place them in a separate bag with instructions. We do not guarantee stain removal; however, we will do everything within our power to get it out.

We routinely hang collared shirts, blouses, dresses, hooded sweatshirts, and slacks/dress pants.

Delivery will be the following day.

Pickup is Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Delivery will be the following day.

Yes, of course! When you place your order online, there is a section where you can include any special requests or important details about your laundry care.

Our service is priced by the pound. Recurring service is $2.40/lb and as-needed service is $2.50/lb. There is a $35 minimum on all orders. You can see a full list on our Pricing Page.

We handle every item with great care. In the rare event of an issue, please reach out to our customer service team immediately so we can work with you to find a fair solution.

For the health and safety of our team and all our customers, we do not wash heavily soiled items or items with biohazards.

Simply bag your laundry in a trash bag or laundry bag and secure it closed. Be sure to label your laundry bags with Laundr and your name.

Your credit card will be charged once we close out the order and and prepare it for delivery.

We get it, life happens. We will apply a small missed pickup fee of $10 per occurrance, but you can easily reschedule for the following day through your online account.
